Global Growth Marketer at Rover

We are searching for a talented performance marketer to join our growth team and help us scale our marketplace. This is a hybrid role based in Barcelona, where you will join your colleagues in the office one day per week. What you'll be doing

• You will manage a multi-million dollar annual budget, running paid search campaigns that focus on scaling customer acquisition while maintaining strict efficiency targets.
• You will lead international growth efforts for both the supply and demand sides of our marketplace, which includes exploring new partnerships and managing vendor relationships.
• You will analyze performance data to build actionable insights, creating regular reports and optimizing everything from ad copy and landing pages to keyword distribution.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should have a solid foundation in marketing and a sharp analytical mind. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, statistics, or a related analytical field.
• At least 3 years of experience managing large-scale paid search and social media accounts, with a preference for 5 or more years of experience.
• Proven ability to handle significant media budgets while meeting specific goals for revenue and customer acquisition.
• Strong technical skills, including comfort with spreadsheets and large data sets, and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Fluency in English is required for this position.
• Bonus points if you have experience with SQL, database management, or the ability to write scripts and set up APIs to automate your reporting tasks.
