Role at a glance
We are seeking a Global Events Coordinator to join us in a full-time capacity. This is an on-site role based in Canada, perfect for a student looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You will be a key part of our team, helping us execute high-impact events that inspire our customers.
Your impact
- Event Coordination: You will support the end-to-end logistics for our major events, including managing email inboxes, tracking KPIs, coordinating travel, and ensuring day-of operations run smoothly.
- Communication & Strategy: You will help maintain our global event calendar, draft compelling copy for promotional assets, and ensure cross-functional alignment across all our marketing initiatives.
- Data & Research: You will track event performance through reporting and dashboards, while also conducting research on vendors, venues, and competitive strategies to keep our events ahead of the curve.
What you'll need
We are looking for a star student enrolled in a marketing, communications, event management, or project management program. You should be a quick learner who thrives under pressure and brings a creative, detail-oriented mindset to every task. Proficiency in MS Excel is essential, as is the ability to pick up new systems quickly. You should have strong written communication skills and a collaborative spirit. If you have previous experience with event planning or project management, that is a fantastic bonus, but we encourage you to apply even if you do not check every single box.
Perks and compensation
