We are Diligent, the global leader in modern governance. Our SaaS solutions provide a comprehensive view of governance, risk, compliance, audit, and ESG practices to over 1 million users and 700,000 board members, helping them make better decisions with speed and confidence. We are currently looking for a Global Event Team Intern to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in the United States where you will help us scale our events function, improve our brand presence, and support our growing business unit needs.

Responsibilities

Assist with the initial planning phases of our user conference, including managing speakers and building out registration systems.
Provide logistical and planning support for four major third-party events scheduled between June and August.
Manage our inventory of event assets and maintain the internal systems used to track them, ensuring we can execute non-strategic events effectively.

Requirements

This position is designed for a student who is eager to learn and contribute to a fast-paced global team. You should possess strong skills in marketing, event planning, and logistics. We are looking for someone with a proactive approach to management, training, and documentation. Proficiency in English is required to effectively collaborate with our team and stakeholders. We value candidates who are organized, creative, and ready to take ownership of various ad-hoc projects to support our event execution.
