What you bring
We are seeking a Senior Global ABM Director to lead our account-based marketing efforts in a full-time, remote capacity. You will be responsible for owning our global vision, ensuring that our strategies for both new business and customer expansion are effective and scalable. Your work will be central to our growth, and you will collaborate closely with our sales, product, and marketing teams to drive results. The position is based remotely within Europe, with our headquarters located in Barcelona.
- Design and execute comprehensive 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM programs tailored for our enterprise and strategic accounts.
- Partner with sales and account management teams to align on messaging, account planning, and success metrics.
- Define and track key performance indicators to measure ROI and optimize our campaign orchestration across all channels.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a data-driven strategist with at least eight years of experience in B2B marketing. You must possess deep expertise in account-based marketing and a proven ability to connect marketing activities directly to revenue outcomes. We are looking for someone who is comfortable operating at both a high strategic level and a hands-on execution level. Proficiency in English is required, and experience working within B2B SaaS or martech environments is strongly preferred. You should be an excellent communicator who can influence cross-functional stakeholders and thrive in an international, remote team setting.
