Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Geo Marketing Manager to join our Global Marketing team based in our Seoul office. This is a full-time position that operates on a hybrid schedule, allowing you to balance collaborative in-office time with the flexibility of remote work. You will be a key player in the APAC Marketing team, shaping our growth strategy for the Korean market.
Your impact
- Partner with Sales leadership to design and execute quarterly marketing strategies that drive regional business growth and maximize long-term ROI.
- Take full ownership of our event presence, including digital summits and hosted masterclasses, to build brand awareness and generate high-quality leads.
- Translate marketing activities into actionable insights by utilizing data platforms like Salesforce and QlikSense to report on performance and optimize future campaigns.
What you'll need
- Native or fluent proficiency in both Korean and English.
- At least 5 years of experience leading B2B marketing strategies.
- A deep understanding of both online and offline marketing channels.
- Proven expertise in event management and project coordination.
- A creative, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a startup-like, autonomous environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
