The opportunity

We are searching for a Generative AI Tech Lead to join our engineering team in Israel. In this role, you will be at the heart of our mission to improve key metrics like mean time to recovery. You will take the lead in designing and building scalable AI solutions that change how our customers interact with their data. If you love exploring new technologies, reading the latest research papers, and experimenting with both research and development, you will find a home here.

A day in the life

• You will lead the design and implementation of generative AI features, including log summarization, root cause analysis, and automated alert generation.
• You will stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging AI techniques and architecting the scalable infrastructure needed to support these features across our platform.
• You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define our AI strategy while promoting best practices in model performance, data privacy, and responsible deployment.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with a strong background in software engineering and a passion for data-intensive systems. We are looking for someone who brings the following to our team:

• At least 5 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI or machine learning.
• Deep familiarity with LLMs, orchestration frameworks, RAG, and AI agents.
• Strong proficiency in Python and a solid grasp of prompting best practices.
• A creative, hacker mindset and a can-do attitude that allows you to solve complex problems.
• The ability to explain intricate AI concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Fluency in English.

While not required, it is a plus if you have experience with tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI, AWS Lambdas, and AWS Bedrock. We also value familiarity with observability products, MLOps, large-scale data pipelines, and NLP.
