Ready to shape the future of sustainable materials with AI? Even if no current opening matches your background exactly, we want to hear from you. Send your application here and we’ll keep you on file, reaching out the moment the right role opens up.
Role at a glance
We are building a remote-first, full-time team of senior professionals who want to help product developers, researchers, and engineers accelerate materials discovery. You can work from anywhere while collaborating with colleagues across North America and Europe.
Your impact
- Help us expand the reach of our no-code SaaS platform that lets teams manage domain-specific data and apply generative AI to design better chemicals and materials.
- Contribute to projects that cut traditional R&D timelines by up to 98 percent, enabling customers such as LyondellBasell, Braskem, Grace, Synthomer, and Syensqo to bring sustainable innovations to market faster.
- Support our rapid growth-we’ve earned spots on the CB Insights AI 100 and the Inc. 5000-by bringing fresh ideas, ownership, and a passion for sustainability to every initiative.
What you'll need
- Senior-level experience in areas such as talent acquisition, artificial intelligence, SaaS product development, no-code platforms, or data management.
- Fluency in English and the ability to work autonomously while collaborating across time zones.
- Alignment with our core values: celebrating growth, using data to drive decisions, acting like owners, fostering inclusion, and staying relentlessly focused on customer value and sustainability.
Perks and compensation
For full-time, exempt employees based in the United States we offer:
- 401k with up to 4% company match
- 100% employer-paid medical, vision, and dental insurance, plus 75% coverage for dependents
- FSA and HSA plans
- Equity options
- Parental leave
- Flexible PTO in addition to 17 paid company holidays, including your birthday
- Free financial counseling
- $600 onboarding tech allowance
- $5,000 annual professional growth budget
- Remote work from anywhere
