We are building a remote-first, full-time team of senior professionals who want to help product developers, researchers, and engineers accelerate materials discovery. You can work from anywhere while collaborating with colleagues across North America and Europe.

Your impact

• Help us expand the reach of our no-code SaaS platform that lets teams manage domain-specific data and apply generative AI to design better chemicals and materials.
• Contribute to projects that cut traditional R&D timelines by up to 98 percent, enabling customers such as LyondellBasell, Braskem, Grace, Synthomer, and Syensqo to bring sustainable innovations to market faster.
• Support our rapid growth-we’ve earned spots on the CB Insights AI 100 and the Inc. 5000-by bringing fresh ideas, ownership, and a passion for sustainability to every initiative.

What you'll need

• Senior-level experience in areas such as talent acquisition, artificial intelligence, SaaS product development, no-code platforms, or data management.
• Fluency in English and the ability to work autonomously while collaborating across time zones.
