At Neighbor, we are building the largest hyperlocal marketplace the world has seen. We have raised over $65 million from investors including Andreessen Horowitz and the creators of DoorDash, Airbnb, and Uber. Our marketplace already operates in all 50 states, and we continue to expand. We are hiring a General Manager for our Power Hosts program on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. In this role you will take full ownership of revenue growth for a critical supply segment, reporting to the VP of Marketing and collaborating closely with product, data, sales, and the CEO.

Responsibilities

Own Power Host revenue growth by setting targets and delivering measurable results for this key supply base.
Lead new host acquisition through paid channels and campaigns, working with marketing and sales teams to expand our host network.
Run A/B tests on landing pages and lifecycle automations, partnering with product and design to refine messaging, creative, and user experience for higher conversion.

Requirements

Three to four years of professional experience after completing an undergraduate degree; backgrounds in investment banking, consulting, product management, or founder/operator roles are preferred.
Demonstrated ownership mindset with the ability to move quickly and handle details directly.
Strong analytical and data-driven approach, with the skill to extract actionable insights from performance data.
Good judgment in content, positioning, and creative direction, along with comfort using A/B testing and landing-page optimization.
Proven project-management and cross-functional communication abilities.
English fluency is required; marketplace, SMB, paid social, or real estate experience is a plus.
