We are a team of over 150 creators dedicated to building digital services that put human needs at the center of every decision. While we do not have a specific opening today, we are actively accepting applications for future senior-level design and research roles.

Role at a glance

This is a full-time, remote position for a senior-level professional. We are looking for talented individuals with expertise in design research, content design, or product design to join our growing team. Because our work often involves sensitive government projects, you must reside and work within the contiguous United States.

Your impact

• Uncover deep user insights through research and translate those findings into accessible, human-centered digital solutions.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and fellow designers, to integrate the lived experiences of users into every phase of our projects.
• Guide our clients in rethinking what is possible by delivering products that are useful, inclusive, and aligned with critical business objectives.

What you'll need

• Four to eight years of professional experience in content design, product design, UI/UX design, or design research.
• A strong command of English to communicate complex ideas and craft compelling narratives.
• Prior experience working within an agency environment.
• Experience designing products that strictly adhere to WCAG accessibility standards.
• Familiarity with civic tech or a background in designing products for federal government agencies is highly valued.
• A professional approach to security and privacy, along with the flexibility to travel for occasional in-person meetings or workshops.
