With over a decade of success, we are looking for a senior Game Economy Designer to join our team on-site in Canada to help shape the future of our mobile titles through data-driven insights and expert balancing.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside designers to refine the game economy, define virtual products, and balance new features.
• Use player data and feedback to continuously optimize our products and fine-tune economic systems.
• Track game health via dashboards and collaborate with data scientists to ensure your analytical needs are supported.
• Oversee pricing strategies and key price points to improve our monetization approach.
• Build detailed data models, flowcharts, and prototypes to support game design.
• Pitch creative updates that improve player retention, engagement, and monetization.
• Stay connected to our community by gathering insights through regular playtesting.

Must-haves

• At least 3 years of professional experience specifically in mobile game economy design.
• A proven track record of balancing game economies, features, and pricing.
• Deep knowledge of user behavior, game balance, and economy design principles.
• Strong data analysis capabilities and the ability to make evidence-based decisions.
• Extensive familiarity with free-to-play mechanics in the casual, puzzle, or casino mobile genres.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to solve complex problems independently.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, agile, and highly collaborative environment.
• Fluency in English.

Nice-to-haves

• Prior experience working on social casino games.
• Practical experience using the Unity engine.
