About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full-stack Software Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be at the heart of our innovation efforts, focusing on building prototypes for new AI-driven features and helping us explore the future of our platform through experimentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Create functional prototypes for innovative AI features by translating creative concepts into working models.
• Work closely with AI domain experts, product managers, designers, and UX researchers to develop impactful, user-focused experiences.
• Build the necessary tools and frameworks to support rapid experimentation, prioritizing agility and creative exploration over immediate scalability.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you should bring a blend of technical expertise and a passion for discovery. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience, ideally with exposure to AI or machine learning projects.
• Strong proficiency in Python, along with experience in languages such as JavaScript.
• Working knowledge of frontend frameworks like React and experience developing backend APIs and microservices.
• A proven ability to build proofs of concept with a focus on iteration and learning.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset that allows you to work effectively across different disciplines.
• A curious, creative, and hands-on approach to solving complex, undefined problems.

Location

This position is based in the Netherlands and operates under a hybrid work model.
