About the Role
We are hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer to join us full-time and on-site. In this mid-level position you will help shape both our product and our engineering practices as we expand the platform that powers more than one thousand local service businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain features across our web application while continuously improving performance and reliability.
- Own individual priorities, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring high-quality code reaches production on schedule.
- Collaborate with engineering leaders to refine processes, champion best practices, and contribute strategically to product decisions.
Requirements
- At least two years of professional software-engineering experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle dynamic, complex challenges early.
- Hands-on experience with at least one of the following technologies: JavaScript, React, Node.js, TypeScript, or Python.
- Familiarity with any of the following is a plus: Tailwind, Django, CI/CD pipelines, frontend UI frameworks, or PostgreSQL.
- Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Location
This position is based in the United States and requires on-site presence.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 – $130,000 along with equity. Additional benefits include full medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan, unlimited vacation, seven paid company holidays including Election Day, one paid volunteer day each year, a monthly stipend for mental and physical wellness, and support for computer and workspace upgrades.
