About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a high-impact role where you will have the autonomy to make critical decisions regarding our architecture and tech stack. You will work closely with our early team to design and implement solutions to complex problems, ensuring that our software empowers modern construction teams to operate more efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, test, and launch new features while managing the entire development lifecycle from inception to delivery.
• Collaborate directly with product teams and customers to translate complex requirements into clean, simple, and effective user experiences.
• Take ownership of the full development ecosystem, including frontend, backend, and DevOps tasks, while balancing the need for rapid development with long-term maintainability.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should bring a strong background in software development and a collaborative mindset. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience developing software in a web production environment.
• Proven ability to manage the development lifecycle for complex technical problems.
• Strong proficiency with various database types, including SQL, NoSQL, and graph databases.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, specifically within remote, multi-disciplinary agile teams.
• A focus on creating clean and simple user experiences.
• Bonus points for experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, React, NodeJS, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
