Key outcomes

• Design and deliver an LLM-powered intelligent time-management system that returns meaningful time to users each day.
• Write, commit, and ship production code on a daily basis while maintaining high standards of quality and reliability.
• Architect backend and frontend systems that power real-time, intelligent scheduling features at company scale.
• Build algorithms that model user behavior and optimize how time is allocated across teams and individuals.
• Participate in high-level strategic planning that shapes product direction and technical priorities.
• Collaborate closely with design and product colleagues to create intuitive user experiences.
• Directly influence the feature roadmap through technical insight and customer-focused thinking.

Requirements

• Four or more years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in modeling both relational and non-relational data and processing information at scale.
• Proficiency with a modern front-end framework, with React and GraphQL experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success working across multiple functions and stakeholders to deliver production software.
• Genuine interest in productivity tools and workflows, paired with a commitment to continuous learning and craft improvement.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Java, Postgres, Kubernetes, Node, TypeScript, Relay, or GraphQL.
• Background in building or integrating AI-driven features within large-scale applications.

Compensation

The approved base salary range for this position is $154,000 to $230,000. Final compensation will reflect factors such as candidate experience, interview performance, internal equity, and market conditions. In addition to base salary, we provide a competitive total compensation package that includes equity, premium medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan, a wellness stipend, generous paid time off, paid parental leave, and virtual team events.
