What you'll be doing

• Design and ship new features for an LLM-powered intelligent time-management system that frees people from calendar drudgery.
• Architect back-end or front-end services that deliver real-time, intelligent scheduling experiences at company scale.
• Develop algorithms that model user behavior and continuously optimize how teams spend their time, while also shaping product strategy and roadmap decisions.

What you'll bring

• At least four years of professional software-development experience and a track record of shipping production code daily.
• Strong skills in data modeling for both relational and non-relational stores, plus the ability to process information efficiently at scale.
• Hands-on experience building modern front-end applications, ideally with React and GraphQL, and comfort working across multiple teams to deliver polished product experiences.
• Fluency in English and genuine enthusiasm for productivity tools and workflows.
• Familiarity with technologies such as Java, Postgres, Kubernetes, Node, TypeScript, Relay, and GraphQL is highly valued.

What you'll get

We offer a base salary between $154,000 and $230,000. In addition you will receive a competitive total compensation package that includes generous equity, premium medical, dental, and vision plans, a 401(k) plan, a wellness stipend, virtual happy hours and team events, a generous and flexible vacation policy, and paid maternity and paternity leave. Clockwise supports both fully distributed and hybrid arrangements, with remote-first rituals and the option to work from select WeWork locations when desired.
