About the Role
We are seeking a Full Funnel B2B Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. Reporting directly to the Head of B2B Marketing, you will play a vital role in bringing our B2B strategy to life. This position is perfect for a growth-minded professional who enjoys crafting personalized customer journeys and using data to drive strategic decisions. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic, mission-driven environment where your contributions directly influence our partner and customer experiences from the first brand touchpoint through to purchase.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies across multiple channels, including email, paid advertising, webinars, and content marketing, to drive acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Sales, Product, and Member Success to gather actionable insights that inform our communication plans and segmented customer journeys.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns and email workflows, including A/B testing, content creation, and performance analysis, to maximize return on investment and engagement.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should bring the following qualifications and skills:
- 3 to 4 years of experience in a B2B marketing capacity, specifically with email programs and paid advertising.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to interpret metrics and track campaign performance to derive actionable insights.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, combined with a solid understanding of email marketing concepts and HTML.
- Proven project management abilities to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
- An intellectually curious mindset with an entrepreneurial approach to solving problems and achieving business results.
Location
This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere. While we were founded in San Diego, California, and offer access to a co-working space for those who prefer it, your physical location does not restrict your ability to contribute to our team.
Compensation and Benefits
