Paradigm builds cloud-based software that helps law firms run more smoothly. Our platforms-PracticePanther, Bill4Time, MerusCase, Headnote, and TrustBooks-give attorneys the tools they need to automate routine tasks so they can focus on practicing law. We are a fast-growing team of about one hundred people spread across the United States, and we are looking for a creative partner who can bring fresh ideas to our marketing efforts.
About the Role
We are hiring a Freelance Junior Graphic Designer on a contractor basis. In this remote position you will work alongside our Senior Graphic Designer to create digital and print materials that support our suite of legal-tech products. Your work will appear on websites, social channels, sales decks, and print ads, helping lawyers discover how our software can improve their day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce a variety of marketing assets-web banners, social graphics, landing-page images, video clips, sales collateral, print ads, event signage, and presentation decks-while meeting brand guidelines and project deadlines.
- Partner with the Senior Graphic Designer and other marketing teammates to clarify goals, specifications, and timelines so every deliverable supports our larger campaigns.
- Manage your own project list, keep stakeholders updated, and look for fresh creative concepts that strengthen our overall marketing content.
Requirements
To succeed, you will need at least three years of graphic-design experience, strong proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, and comfort with PowerPoint or Keynote. A keen eye for typography, layout, and color is essential, as is the ability to juggle multiple projects on your own. Experience with video-editing tools such as Premiere or After Effects, prior work in the technology sector, and familiarity with legal-industry marketing are all considered advantages.
Beyond technical skills, we value a collaborative attitude, clear written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and a willingness to accept feedback and keep learning.
Location
This role is fully remote and open to candidates anywhere in the United States.
Compensation and Benefits
