Studio Three is seeking a skilled Freelance Email Specialist to manage the design, development, and execution of email campaigns across multiple markets including Chicago, Austin, and Miami. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in graphic design, proficiency in Mailchimp, and a passion for creating engaging email content that drives conversions.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Design and code approximately 3-5 Mailchimp emails per week tailored to Studio Three’s various markets.
-Utilize graphic design skills to enhance email templates and create visually appealing layouts.
-Implement UTM tracking links to monitor email campaign performance and conversions.
-Collaborate with the Studio Three Marketing team on a monthly basis to align on campaign objectives and content calendar.
-Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and innovative design ideas to continuously improve email aesthetics and effectiveness.
-Work closely with the Studio Three Marketing team to develop email content strategies and calendar.
-Receive assets such as fonts, logos, photos, and videos to integrate into email campaigns.
-Adhere to brand guidelines provided by Studio Three to maintain consistency across all communications.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Proficiency in graphic design tools and experience with Mailchimp.
-Demonstrated ability to design and code responsive HTML email templates.
-Experience in creating UTM tracking links and analyzing email performance metrics.
-Strong communication and organizational skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
-Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
-Previous experience in creating email marketing campaigns within the fitness or lifestyle industry preferred.
-Familiarity with content management systems and CRM platforms.
-Portfolio and/or website showcasing previous email design work and proficiency in Mailchimp functionalities.
-Able to dedicate 20 hours of work per month, including attending regular meetings with the Studio Three Marketing team to review performance, discuss strategies, and plan future campaigns.
