We are currently looking for an ambitious FPGA Design and Verification Engineer to join our team and help us push the boundaries of trading technology.
About the Role
This is a full-time position designed for an early-career professional or student who is ready to dive into the world of high-performance hardware. You will play a vital role in our engineering department by contributing to the development of sophisticated compute and networking systems that drive modern electronic trading.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement core components for high-performance FPGA systems tailored for the financial sector.
- Create comprehensive verification plans and build robust testbenches to maintain the highest standards of design integrity.
- Manage your own design and verification tasks throughout the full FPGA development lifecycle, from initial concept to deployment.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong foundation in engineering principles and a passion for hardware design. We look for the following qualifications:
- A degree or current enrollment in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience with digital design and verification gained through academic projects, internships, or professional roles.
- Practical experience writing RTL using SystemVerilog or VHDL.
- Comfort working within a Linux environment.
- Proficiency in a scripting or high-level language such as Python.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with our cross-functional teams.
Location
This role is based on-site at our office in Needham, Massachusetts. You will be expected to work from our office five days per week.
