Role at a glance

We are hiring a Founding Product Engineer on a full-time basis. This senior role is open to candidates in the United States and follows a hybrid work model centered around our SoHo, New York City office.

Your impact

• Build and scale our core applications, ensuring the platform grows smoothly as we expand to serve more physicians and patients.
• Partner directly with the founders to define product direction, prioritize features, and translate feedback into rapid, data-driven improvements.
• Raise the bar on code quality, engineering processes, and infrastructure so the team ships faster and more reliably every week.

What you'll need

You bring at least four years of hands-on, product-focused full-stack experience and a track record of shipping world-class software. You are fluent across the stack, quick to learn new languages, and genuinely excited about applying AI beyond basic GPT-4 prompts. A computer science degree or equivalent is expected, and you thrive in fast-moving startup environments where collaboration and iteration are daily practice. Experience with React, TypeScript, Python, RESTful APIs, Postgres, AWS, Next.js, or React Native is a plus, as is time spent as an early engineer at a hyper-growth startup or at product-first companies like Notion or Figma.
