The opportunity

We are looking for our first full-time designer to shape every pixel and interaction of an AI product used daily by recruiters and hiring teams. In this senior role you will sit at the center of product decisions, translating complex recruiting workflows into simple, trustworthy interfaces. Your work will directly influence how organizations discover talent and how candidates experience fairness in the hiring process.

A day in the life

• You will sit with users and hiring managers, listening closely to the real pain points in recruiting so every design choice solves an actual problem.
• You will sketch, prototype, and test new patterns in Figma, moving quickly from rough ideas to polished flows that showcase how large language models can feel helpful rather than overwhelming.
• You will partner with leadership and early customers to decide what to build next, turning open-ended feedback into clear product direction while laying the foundation for the design practice at Moonhub.

Who you are

You bring at least four years of product design experience and have already been the first or second designer at a startup, comfortable defining both the work and the process. You have shipped world-class software used by real customers and know how to move fast when requirements shift. You are fluent in modern design tools such as Figma, skilled at conducting user interviews, and excited by the chance to explore new interaction patterns for AI. Strong written and verbal communication in English helps you collaborate across a distributed team, and an entrepreneurial mindset means you are happy to jump between UX details, marketing visuals, and product strategy as the day requires.
