The opportunity

We are seeking a Founding Designer to join our core team. This is a high-impact, fast-paced role where you will help define the visual and functional identity of our platform. You will work directly with our leadership, partners, and customers to translate complex recruiting and HR challenges into intuitive, LLM-powered design solutions. As one of our first design hires, you will have the unique chance to lay the foundation for our entire design culture and process while working on a product that makes a tangible social impact.

A day in the life

• You will conduct user interviews and deep-dive into market research to truly understand the pain points of our customers.
• You will rapidly iterate on Figma mocks and design patterns, constantly learning from feedback to improve our AI-driven interface.
• You will wear many hats, balancing high-level product ideation with the creation of marketing assets and hands-on UX design.

Who you are

You are a senior-level designer with at least 4 years of experience crafting world-class software products. You have spent time in startup environments, so you are comfortable navigating uncertainty and adjusting to dynamic customer needs. You have an entrepreneurial spirit, a desire to work intensely with a driven team, and a high level of proficiency in tools like Figma. You communicate fluently in English and are excited to take ownership of your work as we build the future of recruiting together.
