The opportunity

As a Forward Deployed Engineer you become the direct link between our technology and the organizations that rely on it. You will guide each customer from first conversation through live deployment, shaping how our AI adapts to their unique workflows and ensuring the system continues to deliver value long after launch. Working on-site with the founding team, you help turn ambitious automation goals into day-to-day reality.

A day in the life

• You meet with customers to map their current processes, uncover automation opportunities, and design solutions that fit naturally into the way they already work.
• You lead the full deployment cycle-configuring, testing, and refining the system-then stay close to provide ongoing support and fine-tune performance based on real usage.
• You bring customer insights back to our engineering teams, helping prioritize improvements and delivering training so every user feels confident and successful with the platform.

Who you are

You bring several years of hands-on software engineering or systems-integration experience and feel at home translating technical detail for any audience. You enjoy building relationships with stakeholders across an organization and have a track record of guiding projects from first discussion to measurable results. Strong problem-solving instincts, clear communication, and genuine excitement about applied AI in real-world settings are essential. Fluency in English is required, and you are comfortable working on-site in our San Francisco headquarters.
