Field Sales Representative at Ridwell

As a B Corps-certified company, we are growing quickly and looking for passionate people to join our inaugural door-to-door sales team to help us expand our impact.

What you bring

We are seeking a junior-level Field Sales Representative to join us on a part-time basis in the United States. In this hybrid role, you will be the face of our company, helping us grow our community of members who care about sustainability. Your primary focus will involve the following responsibilities:

• Engaging in direct, door-to-door sales within assigned neighborhoods to drive new service subscriptions.
• Educating homeowners about our mission and the environmental benefits of our recycling services.
• Managing your time effectively to meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals while maintaining accurate records of your interactions.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a motivated individual who thrives in dynamic environments and genuinely cares about environmental sustainability. You should possess strong verbal communication skills and the ability to build trust with a wide variety of people. We value candidates who are quick thinkers, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement. You must have a mobile smartphone and reliable transportation to navigate your territory, as well as the physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Fluency in English is required for this role, and while not mandatory, 1 to 2 years of experience in direct or door-to-door sales is highly preferred.
