The role
We are looking for a Senior Field Outreach Manager to join our multi-disciplinary team on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a pivotal role for someone who is passionate about community engagement and healthcare advocacy. You will be the face of our organization, working to increase our visibility and drive patient enrollment by building meaningful connections with families, pediatricians, and community leaders.
Core responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive in-person outreach strategies to promote our autism services and resources to the broader community.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including pediatricians, social workers, advocacy groups, and local organizations, while serving as a primary liaison for our services.
- Conduct market-level research and data analysis to identify new opportunities for engagement, tracking your outreach outcomes to report on program effectiveness to leadership.
Skills and experience
- At least 3 years of professional experience in community engagement, program management, or executing outreach strategies.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to connect effectively with diverse audiences ranging from families to senior organizational leaders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office for tracking activities and reporting, along with the ability to travel approximately 90% of the time for in-person meetings and events.
- Access to reliable transportation and the flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
- Fluency in English.
Compensation and benefits
The base salary range for this position is $74,000 to $92,000 annually, with final compensation determined based on your unique skills, experience, and location. We are committed to the wellbeing of our team and offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
