At Acceldata, we are building the future of data reliability. Since our founding in 2018, we have established ourselves as the market leader in Enterprise Data Observability, helping global organizations like Visa, HSBC, and Workday build and operate superior data products. Our platform sits at the heart of the most critical modern technologies, including AI and DataOps. As a Series-C funded company backed by investors like Insight Partners and Lightspeed, we are growing quickly and looking for passionate people to help us continue our mission of delivering trusted data to the world's largest enterprises.
The opportunity
We are searching for a Senior Field Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive our strategic marketing initiatives. In this role, you will be the engine behind our event and campaign efforts, ensuring that our brand presence is felt across the globe. You will work closely with our sales and product marketing teams to create high-impact programs that generate pipeline and foster deep customer engagement. If you are a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the intersection of strategy and execution, this is the perfect place for you.
A day in the life
- You will lead the end-to-end planning and execution of regional events, trade shows, and executive dinners, while managing vendor relationships and on-site logistics.
- You will partner with our sales organization to identify key target accounts, drive event attendance, and ensure that lead follow-up strategies are effective and timely.
- You will manage the performance of your campaigns, tracking pipeline attribution and working cross-functionally with our digital and design teams to maintain brand consistency.
Who you are
You are a self-starter with at least five years of experience in field marketing or event coordination. You possess strong project management skills and are comfortable communicating with everyone from vendors to executive-level stakeholders. You are fluent in English and ready to travel up to 40% of the time to support in-person events. Because this role is hands-on, you should be comfortable with the physical aspects of event management, such as setting up materials and standing for extended periods. You bring a collaborative spirit and the ability to manage complex logistics with ease.
Why you'll love it here
We believe in empowering our team members with the resources they need to succeed and grow. When you join us, you will enjoy a hybrid work environment that offers the flexibility you need to balance your professional and personal life. Our benefits package includes:
- Flexible hours and a generous paid time off plan.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
- Access to high-quality equipment, including Apple Mac hardware.
- The opportunity to work with industry-leading minds at the company that coined the term Data Observability.
