We are currently looking for a Field Marketing Specialist to be based in either Adelaide or Melbourne.

Key outcomes

• Utilize your deep understanding of the Australian healthcare IT market to advise leadership on effective events and publications that promote our brand.
• Take ownership of the marketing plan to ensure we meet the strategic objectives of our business unit.
• Act as the primary point of contact for marketing initiatives while working closely with the sales team to build robust strategies.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and new market opportunities to keep us ahead of the curve.
• Engage with our global marketing team to share knowledge and align on organizational goals.
• Develop creative and innovative marketing approaches designed to drive revenue growth.
• Manage marketing campaigns throughout the APAC region, support public relations efforts, and craft compelling client success stories.
• Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with internal leadership and sales colleagues.

Requirements

• Possess 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a marketing role.
• Demonstrate a strong command of the Australian healthcare IT landscape.
• Maintain excellent proficiency in the English language.
• Show a willingness to travel up to 30 percent of the time.
• Be prepared to provide support during after-hours or holiday periods, particularly during peak business times such as the end of a month, quarter, or year.
