The role
We are looking for a Senior Field Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position based in France. In this role, you will act as a revenue-centric strategist, managing both inbound and outbound marketing efforts to drive demand generation and orchestrate the sales funnel for our large enterprise offerings.
Core responsibilities
- Partner with our Sales and Product teams to gain a deep understanding of our buyer personas and industries, ensuring our messaging aligns with the customer journey across key offers.
- Design and execute demand generation campaigns while documenting winning practices to evangelize growth strategies across our regional teams.
- Drive our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives by engaging specific target companies and customizing content to nurture prospects through the long-term sales cycle.
Skills and experience
- At least 6 years of experience in demand generation or B2B marketing, ideally within the B2B SaaS or enterprise software space.
- Proven ability to manage regional or global ABM campaigns.
- Strong project management capabilities with a talent for balancing multiple stakeholders and campaigns simultaneously.
- A proactive mindset that combines strategic thinking with precise execution and attention to detail.
- Full professional proficiency in both French and English.
