What is this role?
We are searching for a Field Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a mid-level position designed for someone who thrives on building relationships and driving demand through strategic, high-impact events. You will be the primary driver for our field marketing efforts in the Americas, ensuring that our brand presence is felt at every touchpoint.
What will you do?
- Plan and execute a variety of high-touch marketing events, including roundtables, private dining experiences, lunch-and-learns, and webinars, while managing all logistics from venue selection to post-event follow-up.
- Collaborate closely with our sales and demand generation teams to align your event strategy with our pipeline goals and ensure we are effectively engaging our target accounts.
- Develop regional marketing campaigns that utilize account-based marketing principles to reach key decision-makers and measure the success of your initiatives through lead conversion and ROI tracking.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should have at least three years of experience in field or event marketing, ideally within the tech or open-source sectors. You are a creative thinker who can manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a data-driven, analytical mindset. You are comfortable working in a remote environment and are willing to travel up to 30% of the time to support in-person events. Proficiency in English is required, along with experience using tools such as HubSpot, ON24, and Salesforce. Your ability to communicate effectively with sales teams and customers is essential to your success.
