As a member of our nine-person team in the GCR region, you will play a vital role in driving revenue, enhancing customer satisfaction, and building brand awareness. We are looking for a savvy, humble, and all-in professional who is ready to take ownership of our field marketing initiatives and grow their career in a dynamic, global environment.
What you'll be doing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry media, institutions, and ecosystem partners to amplify our brand impact through collaborative online and offline marketing efforts.
- Lead the end-to-end execution of holistic marketing projects, including virtual and in-person events, by managing everything from initial strategy and partner negotiation to logistics, budget oversight, and final follow-up.
- Oversee industry sponsorship programs and manage external agencies across the GCR region to ensure our messaging remains consistent and effective across all channels while continuously optimizing for better results.
What you'll bring
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B tech marketing, specifically working with industry partners and 4A agencies.
- Proven success in managing marketing events from conception to completion.
- Exceptional time management and negotiation skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong presentation abilities, including expert-level proficiency in PowerPoint and Google Slides.
- Native fluency in Chinese and advanced proficiency in English.
- A self-starting, collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Bonus points if you have experience with Martech tools like Marketo and Salesforce, or a background in the mobile marketing landscape.
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher with a strong academic background.
