We are looking for a bold, results-driven professional to join our EMEA team and help us scale our impact across the UK and beyond.
Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United Kingdom. In this position, you will report to our EMEA Director and work in close partnership with our sales, alliances, and customer success teams to drive pipeline growth through high-impact regional marketing strategies.
Your impact
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for the UK, Scandinavia, and MEA markets, covering everything from budget management to ROI analysis.
- Lead the planning and execution of high-value field events and tradeshows that directly support our sales objectives.
- Collaborate with our digital marketing and business development teams to launch integrated campaigns, including webinars and Account-Based Marketing initiatives.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should bring a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution skills. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable handling complex projects under pressure.
- At least 4 years of experience in a regional marketing role within the B2B or tech sector.
- Fluency in English is required, while proficiency in Swedish, Danish, or Finnish is considered a significant advantage.
- Deep technical familiarity with Salesforce CRM and HubSpot for lead acquisition and nurturing.
- Proven expertise in managing events from the initial planning phase through to final reporting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously across multiple internal teams.
- A willingness to travel occasionally for European events and quarterly visits to our Paris office.
