The opportunity
We are looking for a Field Marketing Manager to serve as a vital bridge between our network development, marketing, and brand strategy teams. You will play a key role in elevating our presence within priority markets by designing and executing experiential events that resonate with independent physicians and Federally Qualified Health Centers. Your work will directly influence our market penetration by fostering meaningful relationships and creating localized engagement strategies that highlight the benefits of joining our Accountable Care Organizations. This is a unique chance to shape how we connect with the healthcare community while driving the adoption of patient-centered, value-based care.
A day in the life
- Develop and lead experiential marketing initiatives, such as executive dinners and regional healthcare association engagements, to build authentic connections and promote our mission.
- Create customized marketing materials and campaigns that speak to the specific needs of local providers and clearly communicate the advantages of our value-based care model.
- Cultivate trusted partnerships with independent physicians and healthcare leaders to support lead generation and nurture long-term professional relationships.
Who you are
You are a seasoned professional with at least 6 years of experience in field marketing, experiential events, or network engagement, ideally within the healthcare sector. You hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field like marketing, business, or public health. You possess a deep understanding of the value-based care landscape and are comfortable working cross-functionally to achieve shared goals. Because this role is deeply rooted in local communities, you must live within the market you serve and be willing to travel approximately 35 percent of the time for events and meetings. You are an organized, detail-oriented communicator who is fluent in English and ready to advocate for the future of primary care.
