We are seeking a Field Marketing Manager to support our North American operations from a remote location. Our organization develops security solutions that help enterprises protect their cloud environments, and we continue to expand our reach through targeted regional programs that connect prospects and customers with our teams. In this role you will design and deliver integrated campaigns that strengthen sales pipelines, increase engagement, and elevate the Orca brand across key markets.

Key outcomes

  • Develop and execute regional marketing plans in close coordination with sales leadership to improve funnel performance and accelerate deal velocity.
  • Plan and deliver targeted events, trade shows, roadshows, summits, partner sponsorships, webinars, and related programs that address specific industries, buying stages, and personas.
  • Align sales, marketing, and services stakeholders around shared objectives so every campaign produces measurable pipeline impact at both the account and regional level.
  • Leverage 6Sense, Marketo, and SFDC to inform strategy, track performance, and optimize spend across new and existing customer segments.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to create compelling content that supports events and drives marketing-qualified leads.
  • Research competitive and industry best practices to refine event formats and continuously improve return on marketing investment.
  • Manage all logistics, timelines, and cross-functional teams to ensure events run smoothly and deliver a consistent, high-quality experience.
  • Design account-based marketing initiatives that leverage events to expand wallet share within strategic accounts and enterprise segments.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of experience planning, developing, and executing event programs for customers and prospects, ideally within software or technology sectors.
  • Proven ability to lead multiple complex events or work streams from objective setting through execution and measurement.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with the capacity to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with the flexibility to adapt quickly and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency with 6Sense, Marketo, and SFDC for campaign planning and performance tracking.
  • Fluency in English.

Preferred qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  • Direct experience in the SaaS industry.
