We are currently looking for a Field Marketing Manager to join our EMEA marketing team and help drive our regional growth.

Key outcomes

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our global objectives to increase regional demand.
• Collaborate with internal marketing teams and external partners to deliver high-quality sales and marketing plans.
• Lead demand generation initiatives, including webinars, events, and account-based marketing campaigns.
• Produce engaging, customer-facing content that enhances the user experience and supports our market presence.
• Monitor campaign performance by tracking key metrics and providing actionable reports on marketing effectiveness.
• Manage the regional marketing budget and maintain strong relationships with our Atlassian partner managers.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in marketing management, specifically within the technology or consulting sectors.
• Proven background in B2B marketing, ideally within the IT services or professional services space.
• A digital-first mindset with proficiency in marketing automation tools and lead generation tactics.
• Technical familiarity with Salesforce, Pardot, WordPress, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and presentation software like PowerPoint.
• Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate complex IT topics clearly.
• A self-starting, collaborative attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Preferred qualifications

• Proficiency in German or French is considered an asset, though it is not a mandatory requirement.
