Field Marketing Manager at Torch Dental

Torch is a high-growth startup backed by over $30 million from top-tier investors like Bessemer Venture Partners. We are on a mission to modernize the $100 billion office-based healthcare supply market by simplifying procurement for dental practices through our innovative e-commerce platform. We are looking for a hands-on Field Marketing Manager to join our team and help us scale our impact across the industry.

Responsibilities

• Partner with our sales and marketing teams to design and execute event experiences that engage prospects and drive measurable results.
• Manage the full event lifecycle, including pre-show campaigns, travel logistics, vendor coordination, onsite dinners, and post-event follow-up.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external associations and vendors to ensure our event presence is high-quality and effective.
• Oversee administrative tasks such as booking team travel, managing event calendars, and securing exhibit contracts or sponsorships.
• Ensure all marketing materials and event programs align with our brand identity and messaging.
• Measure the success of marketing programs and report key data back to the broader team to inform future strategy.
• Travel to trade shows and industry events to represent Torch and foster customer relationships.

Must-haves

• At least 2 years of experience in marketing-led events and trade shows, with a focus on logistics and operations.
• A bachelor’s degree and a genuine interest in marketing.
• Strong ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Process-oriented mindset with a passion for project management and event strategy.
• High attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
• A desire to learn, experiment, and deliver highly engaging experiences for our customers.
• Ability to travel as required by the role.
• Fluency in English.
• Availability to work during our core hours of 9am to 6pm EST, with a preference for candidates located in the Central or Eastern time zones near a major airport.

Benefits

The salary range for this position is 75,000 USD to 85,000 USD.
