We pride ourselves on bridging the gap between complex applications and strategic practices, such as Agile at Scale, ITSM, and cloud migrations. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Field Marketing Manager to join our EMEA team and help us modernize teamwork for our clients across the globe.
What you'll be doing
- You will collaborate with regional sales teams to design and implement marketing strategies that drive demand while remaining aligned with our global objectives.
- You will take ownership of lead generation initiatives, including the management of webinars, events, and account-based marketing programs.
- You will create engaging, customer-facing content and manage campaign budgets to ensure we are effectively reaching our target audience and tracking key performance indicators.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this senior role, you should possess at least five years of experience in marketing management within the technology or professional services sectors. We are looking for a digital native who is comfortable working in a B2B environment and has a strong interest in enterprise IT topics. You should be a self-starter with excellent communication and copywriting skills, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Your technical toolkit should include proficiency in the following areas:
- Salesforce and Pardot for automation and CRM management.
- WordPress for web content needs.
- LinkedIn and Sales Navigator for social media and outreach.
- Outreach or similar sales automation platforms.
- PowerPoint and various webinar or conference hosting tools.
You must be fluent in English to succeed in this role. While not required, the ability to speak German or French would be a valuable asset.
