Field Channel Marketing Manager at Horizon3.ai

Horizon3.ai is a rapidly expanding, remote-first cybersecurity firm on a mission to help organizations proactively identify and verify exploitable attack vectors. Our flagship NodeZero platform provides autonomous pentesting for a wide range of clients, from government agencies to Global 100 enterprises, and we are looking for a Field Channel Marketing Manager to help drive our growth across the EMEA region.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the EMEA sales leadership to design and execute impactful channel marketing strategies.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with our partner organizations, serving as their primary point of contact.
• Develop co-branded assets, including content, microsites, and multimedia, to increase partnership visibility.
• Coordinate joint activities such as webinars, sponsorships, and partner networking events.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine our marketing approach.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance data to optimize future initiatives.

Must-haves

• At least 5 years of experience in channel marketing specifically within the cybersecurity sector.
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Fluency in German is a top priority, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience working within the DACH market.
• Proficiency in English.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while working in cross-functional teams.
• Strong data analysis skills and the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.

Nice-to-haves

• Proficiency in Spanish, Italian, or French.
• Experience using marketing software such as SFDC, Pardot, or Allbound.

Benefits

The base salary range for this position is $95,000 to $115,000 USD annually.
