Are you ready to bring the magic of Fenway Park directly to our fans and help us inspire the next generation of Red Sox supporters? We are looking for a dedicated and energetic individual to join our Fan and Youth Engagement team. As a historic organization, we pride ourselves on creating meaningful connections through community programs, youth initiatives, and unforgettable ballpark experiences.
What you bring
As a Senior member of our team, you will play a vital role in bringing the Boston Red Sox brand to life through part-time, on-site work across the United States. You will be the face of our organization, utilizing your skills in marketing, communication, and organizational management to create lasting impressions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Driving community engagement by promoting fan clubs and ticket initiatives with genuine enthusiasm.
- Executing large-scale events and gameday activations, including our mobile showcase and concourse activities.
- Facilitating the run of show for events and games while acting as a professional brand ambassador for the Red Sox and our partners.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who is at least 18 years old and holds a high school diploma or its equivalent. You should be a natural communicator who thrives on interacting with crowds of all ages. A solid understanding of baseball and the Red Sox is essential for this role. We need a candidate who is highly organized and capable of handling a flexible schedule, as you will be expected to work up to 34 hours per week, including nights, weekends, holidays, and at least 50 Red Sox games plus 10 additional events throughout the year.
