What you bring
We are seeking a Mid-Level Expert Product Designer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis from anywhere. In this role, you will be a key player in shaping the future of our platform by bridging the gap between complex technical requirements and user-centric design. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Driving the complete design lifecycle, from initial ideation and conceptualization to testing and final refinement.
- Collaborating closely with fellow designers, developers, and product managers to share knowledge and align on project goals.
- Maintaining and evolving our company-wide style guide to ensure consistency across all product touchpoints.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver with at least 3 years of experience in UI/UX design. You should possess a strong command of design tools, specifically Figma, Marvel, Photoshop, and Illustrator. We are looking for someone who excels at creating wireframes, prototypes, and flow diagrams while maintaining a deep understanding of mobile design guidelines. Proficiency in motion design and illustration is highly valued. Beyond your technical skills, we look for candidates who communicate their design vision clearly, welcome constructive feedback, and demonstrate excellent time management. You must be fluent in English to collaborate effectively with our international team.
