Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Experiential Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site role based in the United States, where you will work directly with our leadership to shape the future of our brand activations. We value the energy of in-person collaboration and believe that being together is the best way to drive our mission forward.
Your impact
- Lead the end-to-end production of experiential programs, including pop-up activations, market launches, and in-restaurant events, while managing budgets and logistics.
- Partner with the Head of Marketing to develop strategic initiatives that boost brand awareness, user acquisition, and long-term retention.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our restaurant partners and chefs to ensure every event reflects the high standards of the Blackbird brand.
What you'll need
- At least 7 years of experience in experiential marketing or event production for a major consumer brand.
- A deep, genuine passion for the restaurant industry, ideally supported by hands-on experience working within the space.
- Strong strategic planning and project management skills, with the ability to handle complex logistics and vendor negotiations.
- Excellent communication and copy editing abilities to ensure our messaging remains sharp across all digital and print collateral.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial spirit that thrives in a fast-paced environment and allows you to solve problems on the fly.
- Fluency in English.
