The opportunity
We are looking for a senior Experiential Manager to join our growing team in Saudi Arabia. This is a pivotal role for someone who is passionate about building a brand from the ground up. You will be instrumental in shaping our event marketing strategy and go to market plan for the Middle East. You will serve as a project leader, blending marketing, sales, and operations to deliver world-class experiences that introduce our vehicles to the world. A day in the life
- You will lead the end-to-end execution of high-impact events, including product launches, studio openings, and consumer shows, while managing event budgets and vendor relationships.
- You will develop and implement creative strategies to capture new leads, ensuring seamless data integration into our CRM systems and providing actionable metrics to the team.
- You will oversee our marketing vehicle demo fleet, ensuring that every vehicle is available, properly utilized, and ready for its next assignment.
Who you are
You are a seasoned professional with at least 7 years of experience in experiential marketing, ideally within the automotive industry in the Middle East. You have a sharp eye for detail and a talent for managing complex projects under pressure. Your toolkit includes:
- Expertise in event planning, logistics, and VIP hospitality management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly for creating compelling presentations and detailed reports.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to present information clearly to leadership and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- A self-starting, entrepreneurial mindset that allows you to solve problems quickly and thrive in ambiguous situations.
- Fluency in English.
