What you'll be doing
- You will design complex game features while refining and improving existing mechanics.
- You will implement and tune game content using our specialized in-house tools.
- You will conduct thorough product analysis, utilizing player feedback, playtests, and telemetry data to ensure our systems remain balanced and our games stay best-in-class.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in commercial game development and a deep understanding of various genres, particularly management and simulation games. We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualifications:
- Proven professional experience in game, content, or level design.
- A solid grasp of player psychology and the motivations that drive gamers.
- Familiarity with a wide range of design theories and methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present your concepts clearly through writing and visual aids.
- Strong proficiency in balancing game systems and tuning content.
- Fluency in English.
It is considered a bonus if you have experience with game or tools programming, or if you have a strong understanding of user experience design principles.
