Founded in 2015 by Jan Hase and Arkadi Jampolski, we have grown into a team of over 150 people, managing a portfolio of more than 50,000 listings. We bridge the gap between verified landlords and tenants, supporting modern living and working across Europe while ensuring that otherwise vacant housing is used efficiently. As we continue to scale, we are looking for an Expansion Manager to help us grow our presence in Vienna and make our platform the go-to solution for temporary housing in the region.
What you'll be doing
- You will actively expand our housing inventory in Vienna by acquiring new private landlords and managing key accounts to bring them onto our platform.
- You will serve as the primary point of contact for both tenants and landlords, guiding them through the entire journey from the initial inquiry to the final lease agreement using your negotiation and advisory skills.
- You will manage long-term relationships with our existing landlords, ensuring they remain engaged with our platform and helping them optimize their property listings for maximum success.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have a background in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management, along with a proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple projects without losing focus on quality. Your communication skills should be excellent, allowing you to interact confidently with diverse clients. Additionally, you must be fluent in both German and English. While not required, previous experience in the Real Estate sector or familiarity with the Austrian rental market is considered a strong asset.
