Jamble is a dynamic fashion marketplace that utilizes live streaming and auctions to transform the resale experience. By focusing on community and real-time interaction, we have built a platform that resonates with users and fosters genuine engagement. We are currently operating in the U.S. market and are backed by Voodoo, the world’s third-largest mobile publisher. Following our acceleration at Y Combinator and the success of our iOS app, which has surpassed one million downloads, we are looking for an Expansion Lead to join our team in France. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will work directly with our founders to scale our presence and shape the future of our platform.
Key outcomes
- Design and implement comprehensive market expansion strategies to bring our marketplace into new regions and demographics while boosting user engagement.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to build a growth roadmap that covers product, marketing, and operational initiatives for new launches.
- Cultivate strategic relationships with resellers, brands, and key stakeholders to accelerate market penetration and seller acquisition.
- Analyze market data to refine our approach, ensuring that our strategies for seller and buyer growth are tailored to the specific needs of local audiences.
- Utilize data-driven insights to monitor performance metrics and pivot tactics to ensure the success of our expansion efforts.
- Lead and mentor a team of regional specialists to ensure the effective execution of our growth strategy across various territories.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience, ideally within a high-growth startup, consulting firm, or a business development function.
- A strong strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute go-to-market plans for new regions or product lines.
- A proven track record of using data and analytics to inform business decisions and enhance performance.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with experience managing teams or driving cross-functional projects.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities shift quickly.
- Full professional fluency in both English and French.
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience specifically within e-commerce or marketplace expansion.
