We are looking for a talented Executive Business Manager to join our team at The Daily Wire. In this role, you will lead the growth and management of The Jordan Peterson Show, serving as a key driver for elevating our most high-profile talent brands. You will work closely with our producers, content creators, and e-commerce teams to ensure our brand strategy is executed with excellence. If you are a strategic thinker with a deep background in media and marketing, we would love to have you help us expand our influence in an fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to expand the market presence and reach of our talent brands while managing annual profit and loss statements.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality content across platforms like YouTube, podcasts, and social media, using data analytics to refine your approach.
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships, negotiate contracts, and drive revenue through innovative monetization models including live events, merchandise, and subscriptions.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong foundation in business, marketing, and brand management. We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in brand management, ideally with a focus on talent brands within the media or entertainment industry.
- Proven expertise in financial management, budgeting, and content production.
- A deep understanding of the current media landscape, including digital marketing trends and social media platforms.
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and work effectively in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in G-suite tools.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required for this position.
