Events Program Lead at Learnlux

Backed by notable investors like Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff and Sound Ventures, we are a remote-first team dedicated to reducing financial stress and improving overall employee productivity. We are looking for an Events Program Lead to join our marketing team and help us drive growth through strategic event marketing.

What you'll be doing

• Own our end-to-end event strategy, including both digital and in-person experiences, to drive measurable conversions and support our B2B2C growth goals.
• Manage the full lifecycle of event logistics, from negotiating contracts and coordinating with vendors to designing booth layouts and training internal teams on messaging.
• Analyze the success of each initiative by preparing post-event reports, tracking key campaign metrics, and providing data-driven recommendations for future improvements.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in event marketing, ideally within a SaaS environment. We are looking for someone who possesses the following skills and background:

• Deep expertise in both digital and in-person event management, including budget oversight and project coordination.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
• A metrics-oriented mindset with experience using analytics and marketing automation tools to track performance.
• A passion for travel, as you will be representing LearnLux at various conferences across the country.
• Fluency in English.
