Events Program Lead at LearnLux

We are a remote-first team backed by industry leaders like Sound Ventures and Marc Benioff, and we are looking for a passionate strategist to join us as our new Events Program Lead.

What you bring

In this full-time lead role, you will act as the primary architect for our B2B2C event strategy, managing everything from high-level planning to on-the-ground execution. You will be responsible for driving growth through both digital and in-person experiences while working remotely from anywhere in the United States. Your core responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing an end-to-end event roadmap that aligns with our marketing, sales, and customer success goals.
• Managing all logistics for trade shows and webinars, including booth design, contract negotiations, and speaker coordination.
• Analyzing post-event data to measure success, gather feedback, and continuously improve our promotional strategies.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in both digital and in-person event marketing, ideally within a SaaS environment. You should possess a strong background in project and budget management, along with the ability to use analytics to drive decision-making. We value candidates who have experience marketing to HR professionals and who feel comfortable working with automation tools. Because this role requires significant travel to conferences across the country, a genuine passion for travel is essential. You should be a clear communicator with an executive presence who thrives in a metrics-oriented, fast-paced startup environment.
