What you bring
We are seeking a Senior-level Events Marketing Manager to join our team on a contractor basis. In this remote role, you will be the driving force behind our global event strategy, ensuring that every experience we host is audience-centric and impactful. You will work from anywhere, bringing your expertise in blockchain and event management to a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Take full ownership of the event lifecycle, from initial project planning and vendor coordination to marketing, promotion, and final performance analysis.
- Lead cross-functional teams to align on event goals, messaging, and business outcomes while evangelizing a high standard for marketing excellence.
- Manage complex, multi-faceted projects that require strong leadership and a creative approach to problem-solving.
Requirements
The ideal candidate possesses at least eight years of professional experience in event planning and production, specifically within client-side management. You should be highly skilled in project and stakeholder management, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously. We value creative thinkers who can navigate a distributed, global environment with ease. Because our events occur worldwide, you must be comfortable with frequent travel and maintaining a flexible schedule that may include weekends or holidays. Proficiency in English is required, and a deep understanding of the blockchain space will help you thrive in our mission-driven culture.
