What you bring
We are searching for an Events Marketing Manager to join our team in Montreal for a full-time, on-site role. This mid-level position is vital to our growth, as you will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of events designed to drive engagement and lead generation across the Retail North American region. You will be a key player in delivering seamless experiences for our customers while managing complex projects.
- Develop and execute comprehensive event strategies that increase attendance and conversions.
- Manage the end-to-end logistics of events, including vendor negotiations, budget oversight, and on-site operations.
- Collaborate across departments to integrate digital campaigns, social media, and SEO efforts into our event marketing lifecycle.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have 3 to 5 years of experience in event marketing or project management, ideally within the retail sector. We are looking for someone who holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or business, and any additional event management certifications are considered a plus. You should be highly proficient with marketing tools such as CRM software and Google Analytics. Because this role involves significant travel across North America, roughly 10 to 12 days per month, we need a candidate who is comfortable with a flexible schedule. You must be a strong communicator with a talent for multitasking and a deep understanding of digital marketing tactics.
