The role
We are seeking an experienced Events Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a management-level position based in Australia, operating under a hybrid work model. You will play a critical role in our APJ region, ensuring our event strategies drive conversions and strengthen our brand presence through impactful engagement.
Core responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive event strategies that align with our Ideal Customer Profile and business objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end planning and execution of regional events, including webinars, Qualtrics-hosted gatherings, and major third-party trade shows.
- Oversee the event marketing budget while diligently tracking and reporting on the ROI of all initiatives to demonstrate their value to the business.
Skills and experience
- At least 6 years of experience in event management and planning, specifically within a B2B SaaS environment or a large agency.
- Strong strategic thinking abilities with a proven track record of driving results through targeted event campaigns.
- Deep expertise in event logistics and familiarity with marketing technologies such as Marketo, Salesforce, Cvent, or Tableau.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English is required, and fluency in Japanese is considered a strong advantage.
